Seniority and Priority Lists determine which adjunct faculty members should be assigned to teach courses. Seniority Lists (prepared per the terms of Article 16 of the AFT Faculty Guild Contract) determine assignment order in the fall and spring semesters. Priority Lists (prepared per the terms of Article 15 of the AFT Faculty Guild Contract) determine assignment order in the winter and summer intersessions. If there are questions or concerns about the seniority or priority lists, please see the Vice President of Academic Affairs or one of your local AFT Faculty Guild officers.
