Program SLOs

Academic Program Review Orientation (May 2010)--this link provides faculty with guidelines on how to complete Module 5 (Program SLOs).  Academic programs are defined as sequence

of courses that lead to a degree or certificate as well as disciplines or cluster of related disciplines as identified in academic program review.

 

 

Instructional Program SLOs (DRAFT)--this link is the final draft of program SLOs, for the most part taken from Academic Program Review (Fall 2010).  This document also indicates core courses for certificate/degree programs and corresponding courses whose SLOs are aligned with program SLOs.

 

Documentation of program SLO assessment results and improvement plans is expected to be part of the program review process.  An example of the SLO portion of comprehensive instructional program review (Anthropology) can be viewed here.

 

A pdf file of Student Services SLOs can be viewed here as of 3/2/11.  In addition, a study was conducted on the alignment of Student Services SLOs with institutional SLOs in fall 2011.  An update on recent activities and next steps can be viewed here.
