Program SLOs
Academic Program Review Orientation (May 2010)--this link provides faculty with guidelines on how to complete Module 5 (Program SLOs). Academic programs are defined as sequence
of courses that lead to a degree or certificate as well as disciplines or cluster of related disciplines as identified in academic program review.
Instructional Program SLOs (this link is the final draft of program SLOs, for the most part taken from Academic Program Review (Fall 2010). This document also indicates core courses for certificate/degree programs and corresponding courses whose SLOs are aligned with program SLOs. This document will be helpful for annual program review updates.
Documentation of program SLO assessment results and improvement plans is expected to be part of the program review process. Results from 2011 annual academic Program Review updates can be viewed here.
A pdf file of Student Services SLOs can be viewed here as of March 2012. In addition, a study was conducted on the alignment of Student Services SLOs with institutional SLOs in fall 2011. An update on recent activities and next steps can be viewed here.
