Please login to our system using your network login id and your network password.  This is the login and password you use to login to your computer.

Create A New Request 

Use this link to send any work request to the Plant Facilities Or Information Technology office. If additional approval for your request is required the Plant Facilities Or Information Technology Office Staff will route your request to the appropriate approver. If you are in doubt about a request you may submit it and Plant Facilities or Information Technology Office personnel will let you know if their department is capable of completing it. 

View Active Requests

Use this screen to view all requests you or others in the selected department have submitted that have not been marked as completed or ineligible for completion by Plant Facilities Or Information Technology.  You may send notes to Plant Facilities Or Information Technology on any active request.

View Completed Requests

Use this screen to view all requests you or others in the selected department have submitted that have been marked as completed or ineligible for completion by Plant Facilities Or Information Technology.   This list contains all completed requests for the past 6 months.

View Requests Pending Your Approval

Use this screen to view all requests e-mailed to you that need either further information from you or your approval.   You may click on links on this page to submit that information or approval.
