Class Referral Forms and Instructions

It's our desire to service as many LASC students as possible and the more support we receive from instructors, the better! There are 2 ways you can show your support and assist in getting your students better acquainted with the resources provided in the LASCenter:

1. At the bottom of the page, there's an attachment with the Class Referral Form inside. If you wish to enroll your class in Supervised Tutoring, simply fill the form out, complete it and have it placed inside her mailbox in Reprographics.
2. If you want your students to become more familiar with the LASCenter as a whole and get a more hands-on experience, then feel free to schedule an appointment. To do so, simply send an e-mail to:
   LASCStudentSuccessCenter@lasc.edu with your request for an appointment at least 2-3 days in advance (1 week would be ideal). This will give the Center a chance to prepare all the necessary materials for a proper tour and ensure that your class receives optimal service.

Also, note that to your left is a link to our Workshop schedule, which you may print out and distribute to your students! Hopefully, this will entice them to come and check out the Center for themselves and see how resourceful and valuable a tool it can prove to be in their academic careers!
