CAWE evaluates students’ academic strengths and need-to-improve areas in reading, grammar, writing, spelling, vocabulary, and mathematical skills. We provide instructional support to all special population students: CalWORKs, EOP&S, DSPS, and others. Assistance in class preparation, identification of learning styles, and other related issues are available to the students. Services also include individualized open/entry-open/exit programs, guided small group sessions, workshops and seminars.
