The LASC Library reserves forms are available online.

There are several ways you may place a copy of your current textbook on reserve at the library:

• To complete an interactive online form which will be emailed directly to the LASC Library click HERE.
• If you prefer you can download a fill-able form, print it out and drop it off at the library or fax it to us: (323) 241-5221.

We want to provide excellent service to LASC students and would appreciate your submitting your Library Reserve forms as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making these items available.

We will do everything possible to accomodate your Library Instruction requests, including coming to your classroom if you have internet access. Since we have fewer teaching Librarians now than in the past, we ask that you contact us as soon as you know when you might want to reserve a time slot.
