Help Real Estate Buyers and Sellers Find Their Dream Homes

The real estate industry is exciting and as a real estate salesperson, you will be right in the middle of the excitement. You will help a family buy their forever home or help a couple downsize from a large home to a condo. You may help a small business owner buy a building to expand his business and hire more employees. Whatever you do as a real estate salesperson, you could be helping make people’s lives better as they achieve their real estate goals.

Real estate sales can be a complex process. As a salesperson you will understand each step in the process and explain it to your buyers or sellers. You will work closely with them, their attorney, escrow officer, and city representatives. You will be the person who coordinates the entire process to a successful close.

LASC’s Real Estate: Salesperson Skill Certificate will provide you with the overall knowledge of the real estate industry and the processes involved in a real estate transaction. You will learn real estate principles and fundamentals so you can help buyers and sellers in real estate activities, while earning an unlimited income based on your sales generation.
