Eddie P, as he was known around campus, was a mainstay in LASC's Student Success Center for several years and helped countless students with essay writing, critical thinking skills and life skills with a constant smile.     Los Angeles Southwest College's annual registration event "Southwest Daze" will return this August 26, but this time in a virtual setting. "Southwest Virtual School Daze 2.0 " will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2020, on Zoom. Attendees will receive support registering for LASC classes, learn how to apply for financial aid and fee waivers, meet representatives from all of our departments and programs, as well as much more.     Counselors To Have Express Hours Starting August 10

    Starting this Monday, August 10, and lasting through September 12, counselors will be providing Express Office Hours from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Fridays. Saturday hours on August 29 and September 12 will be from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. No appointment is needed, just stop by lasc.edu/counseling and live chat with one of our counselors via Cranium Cafe.
